Still Friday--On To the North Unit of the T. Roosevelt Park

we started to take this picture on the other side of the road...but we heard rattlesnakes and i insisted we run away. i'm sure you're going to think we really didn't hear rattling, the same way you think we didn't hear a big cat at our campsite two summers ago or the way you think i didn't see a mama wolf carry her pups across the highway in minocqua. think what you will; i know what i heard/saw.



i'm so tired! (and squinty--why didn't i bring my sunbonnet? i do actually have one.)
